A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Waihi South Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 4 acres 1 rood 38 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Crown land, Section 3, and Lot 3, D.P. 11998, being part Section 2.
Situated in Block II, Waihi South Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27406.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92330, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of September, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Aroha Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto,
and do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—

0 0 6·2 Railway land (Proclamation No. 1482); coloured blue.

THIRD SCHEDULE.
LAND TAKEN.

Being portion of Section 1D ; coloured purple.
All situated in Block V, Aroha Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28296.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92792, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
