Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Blocks IV and V, Tutarau Survey District, Southland County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Tutarau Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 29 Crown land, Block IV ; coloured purple.
1 3 33 Section 11 (E.R.), Block V ; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 3 roods 32 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 11 (E.R.), Block V; coloured green.

All situated in Tutarau Survey District (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R. 665.)

All in the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92820, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of September, 1936.
