H. D. ROBERTSON AND POLSON, LIMITED.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of H. D. ROBERTSON AND POLSON, LIMITED, a duly incorporated private company.
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 11th day of September, 1936, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £7,500 to £2,500, and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 15th day of September, 1936. The said minute is in the words and figures following :—
“The capital of H. D. Robertson and Polson, Limited, henceforth is £2,500 divided into 7,500 shares of 6s. 8d. each, instead of the original capital of £7,500 divided into 7,500 shares of £1 each.”
At the time of the registration of this minute the sum of 6s. 8d. has been and is to be deemed paid up on each of the shares.

NOTICE OF ADDITION TO CHRISTIAN NAMES.
I, ROBERT HERBERT FRANCIS WHITEMAN, heretofore named HERBERT FRANCIS WHITEMAN, but heretofore called and known as Robert (or Bob) Herbert Francis Whiteman, of Heretaunga, near the City of Wellington, in the Dominion of New Zealand, Farmer, hereby give public notice that on the 10th day of September, 1936, I then formally assumed and adopted the christian name of Robert as my first and principal christian name in addition to the christian names of Herbert Francis, and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the christian names of Robert Herbert Francis in lieu of the said christian names of Herbert Francis alone ; and I give further notice that by a deed-poll dated the 10th day of September, 1936, duly executed and attested and enrolled at the said City of Wellington, in the Registry of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, I formally declared that I had assumed and adopted the said christian name of Robert as my first and principal christian name and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the christian names of Robert Herbert Francis instead of the christian names of Herbert Francis, and so as to be at all times thereafter called, known, and described by the names of Robert Herbert Francis Whiteman exclusively.

CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY.
NOTICE is hereby given that The Investment Registry, Limited, has changed its name to The Investment Registry (Wellington), Limited, and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former name.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned JAMES O’DRISCOLL and JOHN O’DRISCOLL, carrying on the business of builders under the style of “O’Driscoll Bros.,” has been dissolved as from the 7th day of September, 1936.
All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said James O’Driscoll, on behalf of the partnership, who will continue the said business under his own name.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT OF IMPROVED SERVICE.
UNDER the Regulations Act, 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer to be published in the New Zealand Gazette.
On and after the 1st August, 1936, regulations will be supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements :—
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing), subscription 30s. per annum in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 25s.
(3) Serially as issued and annual bound volume, as in (1) and (2) above, on combined subscription basis, 42s. per annum in advance.
(4) Separate regulations as issued.
(5) Loose-leaf binder for filing serial issues, 6s. 6d.
The first subscription period will include the rest of 1936 and the whole of 1937.
The price of each regulation will be printed thereon facilitating the purchase of extra copies.
Orders on the subscription basis should be placed now with the Government Printer, Wellington, or at the Chief Post Offices at Auckland, Christchurch, or Dunedin.
THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of £4 per annum, including postage, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. Single copies of the Gazette as follows :—
Ordinary Weekly Gazette : For the first 32 pages, 9d. increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof ; postage, 1d.
Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes : For the first 8 pages, 6d. ; over 8 pages and not exceeding 32 pages, 9d. ; increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof ; postage, 1d.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
