THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
[No. 62
day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six,
viz. :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one
hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply to portion of the south-eastern side of
Arawa Street in the said City of Dunedin where such
portion of street abuts on part Section 2, Block III,
Anderson’s Bay District, as the said portion of street is
more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto and is
thereon coloured brown and edged with red ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-
eastern side of the portion of Arawa Street (described in the
Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from
the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated
in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as
Arawa Street, fronting part Section 2, Block III, Anderson’s
Bay Survey District. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93207, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon edged red.

Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of
September, 1936.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by
the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and
declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland
Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the
same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and
such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Prince Edward
Park Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with
as a public domain by the Prince Edward Park Domain
Board.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
conferred on me by section forty of the Industrial
Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Robert Everett Price
to be a Conciliation Commissioner under and for the purposes
of Part II of the said Act ; appointment to date from the
fourteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-six.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 14th day of September, 1936.
