Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being part of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1714, set apart by Proclamation dated the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and gazetted on the seventeenth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing 340 acres, more or less, being part of Provisional State Forest No. 1714, situated in Block X, Mawheranui Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 10/98/6, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of September, 1936.

Appointment of Sunnyside Domain Board revoked.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of September, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-third day of that month, a Domain Board was appointed to have control of the Sunnyside Domain:
And whereas it appears expedient to revoke the said Order in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the aforesaid Order in Council of the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.

Conferring on Hutt County Council certain Powers of Borough Councils with respect to Drainage and Sanitation.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him in that behalf by section one hundred and eighty-two of the Counties Act, 1920, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby confer on the Hutt County Council all the powers with respect to drainage and sanitation exercisable by a duly constituted Borough Council under section ninety-one and Part XIX of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933.

to be the Nireaha Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Nireaha Public Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
