Land taken for the Purposes of a Quarry in Block VI, Haupiri Survey District, Grey County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Grey as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre. Being portion of Section 4.
Situated in Block VI, Haupiri Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 3226.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93161, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of September, 1936.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks IX and X, Waipu Survey District—viz., Portion of the Kaiwaka-Waipu Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks IX and X, Waipu Survey District—viz., portion of the Kaiwaka-Waipu Road—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the eastern boundary of Allotment 316A, Waipu Parish, Block IX, Waipu Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 3 miles 20 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., Allotment 316A, Waipu Parish; Section 1; Allotment 145, Wairau Parish; Block IX: Allotment 142A, Wairau Parish; Blocks IX and X: Lot 11, D.P. 3184, being part Allotment 148, Wairau Parish; part Allotment 150, Kaiwaka Parish (D.P. 11956); other part Allotment 150, Kaiwaka Parish; Allotment 149, Kaiwaka Parish; Block X: Lot 12, D.P. 3184, being part Allotment 148, Wairau Parish; Block IX: again Allotment 149, Kaiwaka Parish, Blocks IX and X: and Allotments 106 and S. 95, Kaiwaka Parish, Block X: Waipu Survey District, and terminating at a point on the northern boundary of Allotment S.W. 96, Kaiwaka Parish, Block X, Waipu Survey District: including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the North Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93359, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block XI, Tarawera Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Rotorua-Napier Main Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the existing Rotorua-Napier Main Highway through Tarawera 5A Block, Block XI, Tarawera Survey District, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 22 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Tarawera 5A Block, Block XI, Tarawera Survey District, and terminating at a point on the said Rotorua-Napier Main Highway, through the said Tarawera 5A Block; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Hawke’s Bay Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93351, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of September, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the pieces of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the national-endowment land described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL those areas in the North Auckland Land District being—
Section 11, Block XIII, Rangaunu Survey District: Area, 2 roods 15-5 perches.
Section 12, Block XIII, Rangaunu Survey District: Area, 5-8 perches.
Section 13, Block XIII, Rangaunu Survey District: Area, 29-9 perches.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2321, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan S.O. 27883.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, being a block of 3,989 acres, situated in Blocks VIII, IX, XII, and XIII, Rangaunu Survey District, proclaimed national endowment by the Fourth Schedule of the Land Act, 1908.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of September, 1936.
