Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Assistant Registrar dissolving a Society.

I, HAROLD BEANLAND WALTON, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that The Melbourne Centenary Air Race Committee (New Zealand), Incorporated, is no longer carrying on operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

I T is hereby notified for public information that, pursuant to section 29 of the Stock Act, 1908, the Hon. the Minister of Agriculture, on the certificate of Dudley Arthur Gill, an Inspector appointed under the said Act, a copy of which certificate is set forth hereunder, has this day released from the respective declarations as infected places or an infected area the several areas of land described in the said certificate.

CERTIFICATE RESPECTING INFECTED PLACES OR AREAS.

I, DUDLEY ARTHUR GILL, an Inspector appointed under the Stock Act, 1908, hereby certify that the several areas of land described in the First Schedule hereto and the area of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being land declared respectively to be infected places and an infected area pursuant to the provisions in that behalf of the said Act and the regulations thereunder for the eradication and prevention of the spread of disease among swine, are clean areas of land respectively for the purposes of section 29 of the said Act.
