shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto, and
I do also declare that in respect of the land situated on the
western side of the said middle-line this Proclamation shall
affect only that land situated within a distance of five chains
from the said middle-line, provided that no land situated on
the western side of the Wellington – New Plymouth Railway
line shall be affected.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point at the northern end of St. Andrews
Road, Plimmerton Township, opposite the northern boundary
of Lot 1, D.P. 9683, Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District,
and proceeding thence in a northerly direction generally for a
distance of approximately 3 miles 23·64 chains, and passing
in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., part
Taupo No. 1 Block, Blocks VIII and V, Paekakariki Survey
District, part Haukopua East Block, Block V, Paekakariki
Survey District; thence following generally the existing
Plimmerton–Pukerua Road, and terminating at a point on
the said road in part Waimapihi Block (D.P. 9960), Block V,
Paekakariki Survey District; including all adjoining and
intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers,
streams, and watercourses: all in the Wellington Land District.
As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93315,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of
September, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 25 acres
3 roods 20 perches.
Being part Te Rimurapa Native Reserve.
Situated in Block XIII, Port Nicholson Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92886,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.

ment Act, 1932, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare to be reclamation
areas for the purposes of the said section the land described in the Schedule hereto.
