In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of Wilkinson Bros., Limited, 534 Colombo Street, Christchurch.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following extraordinary resolutions were passed by the above company on the 15th day of June, 1936:—

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly.

“That Mr. A. O. Wilkinson, Public Accountant, of Christchurch, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”
