SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of St. Kilda, known as Gourley Street, fronting part Allotment 2, Township of Musselburgh, being part Section 70, Block VII, Town District.
Also the eastern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and borough, known as Royal Crescent, fronting part Allotment 2, Township of Musselburgh, being part Section 70, Block VII, Town District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92332, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Thorp Street, the Northern Side of Portion of Staples Street, and the Western Side of Portion of an Unnamed Street, in the Borough of Motueka, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of June, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Motueka Borough Council on the nineteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six viz.:
“ That the Motueka Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets within the Borough of Motueka, hereby declares, subject to the imposition of the building-line restriction, that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight, Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the east side of Thorp Street fronting the western boundary, the north side of Staples Street fronting the southern boundary, and the west side of the street (unnamed) fronting the eastern boundary of Section 135, Motueka Original District, Block IV, Motueka Survey District ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Thorp Street, or the northern side of the portion of Staples Street, or the western side of the portion of an unnamed street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

Also the northern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and borough known as Staples Street, fronting Section 135, Motueka Original District, Block IV, Motueka Survey District.
Also the western side of all that portion of unnamed street in the said land district and borough, fronting Section 135, Motueka Original District, Block IV, Motueka Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92391, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of June, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to section two hundred and ninety-eight of the Native Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby set apart and reserve the Native freehold land described in the Schedule hereto for the common use of the owners thereof as a burial-ground.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land situated in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District, called or known as Pukenui 2v 2 Block, containing 5 acres, more or less, and being the whole of the land comprised in a Partition Order of the Native Land Court dated the 28th day of January, 1925.

Appointing a Member of the Tolaga Bay Harbour Board.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
WHEREAS it is provided by subsection three of section thirty-eight of the Harbours Act, 1923, that in the event of an extraordinary vacancy in the office of a non-elective member of a Harbour Board the Governor-General shall, by Warrant under his hand, appoint some qualified person in his place :
And whereas Owen Edwin Bartram, a non-elective member of the Tolaga Bay Harbour Board, has resigned, and an extraordinary vacancy in the membership of the Board has been created, and it is desirable to appoint a qualified person in his place :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the hereinbefore-recited power and authority, doth hereby appoint
John Peter Guthrie
to be a member of the Tolaga Bay Harbour Board in the place of the said Owen Edwin Bartram, resigned.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 13th day of June, 1936.

Appointing a Member of the Napier Harbour Board.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
WHEREAS it is provided by section thirty-seven of the Harbours Act, 1923, that in the case of the resignation of a member of a Harbour Board the vacancy created by his resignation shall be deemed to be an extraordinary vacancy :
And whereas it is provided by subsection two of section thirty-eight of the said Act that in the event of an extraordinary vacancy in the office of an elective member of the Board, other than a representative of a constituent district, the Governor-General may, by Warrant under his hand, appoint some qualified person in his place :
And whereas James Isaac Cato, an elective member of the Napier Harbour Board, being a representative of the combined district of the Taradale Town District and the Meanee Riding of the County of Hawke’s Bay, has resigned, and an extraordinary vacancy in the membership of the Board has thereby been created, and it is desirable to appoint some qualified person in his place :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the hereinbefore-recited power and authority, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, doth hereby appoint
Niels Peter Eriksen
to be a member of the Napier Harbour Board as a representative of the combined district aforesaid in the place of James Isaac Cato, resigned.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 13th day of June, 1936.
