Land taken in connection with Street-widening at Jackson Street, in the Borough of Petone, subject to certain Interests.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street-widening, subject to rights-of-way theretofore created by Transfers registered in the Land and Deeds Registry Office at Wellington as numbers 40883, 41071, and 43416, and shall vest, subject as aforesaid, in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Petone as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken in connection with street-widening: 4-06 perches.
Being Right-of-way, D.P. 1220, being part Section 4, Hutt R.D.
Situated in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District (Borough of Petone). (S.O. 3124.)

Land taken for the Purposes of River-protection Works in the Hutt River District, Block XIII, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County, and Borough of Petone, subject to certain Rights.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of river-protection works in the Hutt River District subject to drainage rights over part created by Transfer registered in the Land and Deeds Registry Office at Wellington as No. 136876, and shall vest, subject as aforesaid, in the Hutt River Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 4-88 perches.
Being portion of Section 10, Hutt District (part being part Lot 10, D.P. 10788).
Situated in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 3103.)

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Street and in connection with Street-widening at Jackson Street, in the Borough of Petone.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the fifteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 35 of the twenty-first day of the same month, at page 965, taking land for the purposes of a street and in connection with street-widening at Jackson Street, in the Borough of Petone, in so far as it affects the area of 4-06 perches described in the Second Schedule thereto.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of June, 1936.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 16 of the twenty-seventh day of the same month, at page 332, and deposited in the Land and Deeds Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2452, taking land for the purposes of river-protection works in the Hutt River District, Block XIII, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County, and Borough of Petone.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of June, 1936.
