Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in the Borough of Balclutha.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.

Situated in the Town of Balclutha (Borough of Balclutha). (S.O. B 73.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 90465, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of May, 1936.

Boundaries of the County of Waitemata altered by inclusion of Kukutango Island.

A PROCLAMATION.
N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section fifteen of the Counties Act, 1920, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in that behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto adjacent to the County of Waitemata, and known as Kukutango Island, shall be included in the said county, and shall be added to and form part of the Kaipara Riding of the said county.
SCHEDULE.
AREA INCLUDED IN THE COUNTY OF WAITEMATA.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Blocks II, V, and VI, Kaipara Survey District, Kaipara Harbour, containing by admeasurement 826 acres 2 roods, and known as Kukutango Island.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of May, 1936.
