Altering the Boundaries of the Taranaki Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me
by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of all
other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George
Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries
of the Taranaki Electric-power District so as to include the
area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land situated in the Land District of Taranaki
comprising that portion of the County of Inglewood bounded
as follows: Commencing at the north-eastern corner of
Block VI, Huiroa Survey District, and proceeding thence
southerly along the eastern boundary of that block to the
northern boundary of Kupara Road; thence easterly along
that boundary to the western boundary of the Motukawa
Road; thence northerly along that boundary to the northern
boundary of Block VII; thence north-easterly generally by
that boundary to the western bank of the Waitara River;
thence south-easterly by that bank to the confluence of that
river with the Makino Stream; thence south-westerly by the
north-western bank of that stream to the southern boundary
of Block VII at the north-eastern corner of Section 25, Block
XII; thence westerly by the southern boundary of the said
Block VII to the eastern boundary of Mana Road; thence
southerly along that boundary to the southern boundary of
the Makara Road; thence north-westerly generally by that
boundary to the north-western boundary of Ratapiko Road,
and by that boundary to the western boundary of Tariki
Road; thence northerly by that boundary to the northern
boundary of Block VI; thence easterly by that boundary
to the point of commencement: all the said blocks being
blocks of the Huiroa Survey District. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92203,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of
May, 1936.

Scheme, Tahekeroa Substation-site).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power
(Arapuni Scheme, Tahekeroa Substation-site); and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the fifteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 0 roods
29 perches.
Being portion of Allotments 174 and 174c, Makarau Parish.
Situated in Block I, Waiwera Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 28321.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92154,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of
May, 1936.

Wairoa.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for water-works purposes, and shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough
of Wairoa as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the fifteenth day of June, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 19Β·5 perches.
Being railway land, being part Section No. 4, Orangitirohia
Block.
Situated in the Borough of Wairoa (Hawke's Bay R.D.).
(S.O. 1131, green.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 92143,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington. and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of
May, 1936.

Leasehold Interest in Land in Block I, Waiwhero Survey
District, taken for the Purposes of a Quarry.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the estate of leasehold in the land
described in the Schedule hereto held by Robert John Johnston
from His Majesty the King under and by virtue of Renew-
able Lease registered in the Land and Deeds Registry Office
at Hokitika, in Register-book Volume 22, folio 184, is hereby
taken for the purposes of a quarry; and I do also hereby
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the fifteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the
estate of leasehold is taken: 1 acre 0 roods 24Β·3 perches.
Being portion of Section 3310.
Situated in Block I, Waiwhero Survey District (Westland
R.D.). (S.O. 3200.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91633,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of
May, 1936.
