In the matter of the Administration Act, 1908, and in the
matter of the Estate of HAROLD JAMES ROY SHEERAN,
of Huntly, Grocer, deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of the Supreme
Court, Hamilton, dated the 8th day of May, 1936, I
was appointed administrator of the estate of the above-
named Harold James Roy Sheeran; and I hereby call a
meeting of creditors to be held at the Official Assignee's
Office, Law Court Buildings, High Street, Auckland, on
Thursday, the 21st day of May, 1936, at 10.30 a.m. All
claims against the above estate must be lodged with me on
or before the 8th day of July, 1936.

CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY.

NOTICE is hereby given that Home Bakeries, Limited,
has changed its name to Home Bakery, Limited, and
that the new name was this day entered on my Register of
Companies in place of the former name.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 232 of
the Companies Act, 1933, that a general meeting of
the above-named company will be held at the office of G.
Johnson, Accountant, Stafford Chambers, Timaru, on Tuesday,
the 16th day of June, 1936, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for
the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting
showing the manner in which the winding up has been con-
ducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of
hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator,
and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner
in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company
and of the liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.
