NGARUAWAHIA BOROUGH COUNCIL.

NOTICE is hereby given, and I certify, that the Ngaruawahia Borough Council did pass and confirm resolutions for the conversion of the loans set out in the Ngaruawahia Borough Council’s Loan Conversion Order, 1935, and the securities represented thereby into new securities under and by virtue of the powers contained in the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, and in Order in Council cited as the Ngaruawahia Borough Council’s Loan Conversion Order, 1935, which Order appears on page 2698 of the Gazette dated the 26th day of September, 1935.
