SCHEDULE.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—FIRST-CLASS LAND.

Ohakune Borough.—Karioi Survey District.

SECTION 52, Block V: Area, 7 acres. Upset price, £42.

Weighted with the sum of £28 (to be paid in cash) for improvements, consisting of grassing, fencing, plantation, and cow-shed 36 ft. by 12 ft.

Section 53, Block V: Area, 8 acres. Upset price, £48. Weighted with the sum of £15 (to be paid in cash) for improvements, consisting of grassing and fencing.

These sections are situated within the Borough of Ohakune with frontage to Tawhero Road. Access is from Ohakune Railway-station one mile and a quarter distant by metalled road with the exception of twenty chains formed dray-road. Sections are all flat, and when stumped would be suitable for building-sites and for market-gardening. Soil is of good quality loam resting on agglomerate formation.
