Land taken for the Purposes of a Street and in connection with Street Purposes, at Wilton Road, in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street purposes, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken for the purposes of a street: 1 rood 6·29 perches.
Being part Lots 88, 89, 90, and 91, Deeds Plan 108, being part Section 31, Karori District; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken in connection with street purposes:—
A. R. P. Being
0 0 8·24 Part Lot 91, Deeds Plan 108, being part Section 31, Karori District; coloured blue.
0 0 30·25 Part Lots 89, 90, and 91, Deeds Plan 108, being part Section 31, Karori District; coloured yellow.
All situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 3078.)
All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91713, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of May, 1936.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public swimming-bath, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.

Situated in Block XI, Takaka Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 791r.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91587, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
