DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
TAKE notice that the partnership heretofore subsisting between LEONARD WRIGHT, of Gisborne, Car-painter, and GEORGE CLAYTON, of Gisborne, Car-trimmer, trading under the name of “Wright, Clayton, and Lloyd,” has been dissolved as from the 30th day of April, 1936.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that by minute dated the 1st day of May, 1936, the above company has passed a resolution—
“That this company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up same, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily, and that LEWIS NATHAN ROSS, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 300 (7) of the Companies Act, 1933, that a meeting of creditors will be held in the office of the liquidator on Monday, the 11th day of May, 1936, at 10 a.m.
