THE south-western side of all that portion of street situated
in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Wairoa
Street, fronting Lot 2, L.T.P. 1203, being part Lots 39 and 40,
Township of Kirkland Hill.
Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of street
situated in the said land district and city known as County
Road, fronting Lots 1 and 3, L.T.P. 1203, being part Lots
39 and 40, Township of Kirkland Hill.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 91979, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of
April, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Dunedin City Council on the thirtieth day of
March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz. :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to the undermentioned portions of streets in the said
City of Dunedin, viz.,—
“ (a) Portion of the south-western side of Edwin Street
abutting on Allotments 12, 14, and 15, L.T.P. 22,
Township of Darley ;
“ (b) Portion of the south-eastern side of Alfred Street
abutting on Allotments 12 and 13, L.T.P. 22,
Township of Darley ; and
“ (c) Portion of the north-eastern side of Surrey Street
abutting on Allotments 13, 14, and 15, L.T.P. 22,
Township of Darley ;
as the said portions of streets are more particularly shown
on the plan annexed hereto and are thereon coloured brown
and edged with red to their centre-lines ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-
western side of the portion of Edwin Street, or the south-
eastern side of the portion of Alfred Street, or the north-
eastern side of the portion of Surrey Street (described in the
Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from
the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Dunedin City Council on the second day of
March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz. :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local autho-
rity having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin,
by resolution declares that the provisions of section one
hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply to portion of the south-western side of
Mardale Street in the said City of Dunedin where such
portion of street abuts on part Allotment 11, L.T.P. No. 9,
being also part of Section 8, Block III, Upper Kaikorai
Survey District, as the said portion of street is more parti-
cularly shown on the plan annexed hereto and is thereon
coloured red to its centre-line ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-
western side of the portion of Mardale Street (described in
the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet
from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the
three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the
Peace Act, 1927, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby notify and declare that the persons whose names are
set out in the Schedule hereto, being officers in the service of
the Crown holding the offices stated opposite their names
respectively in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and
receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-
first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
