resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the second
day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six,
viz. :
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one
hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply to portion of the south-eastern side of
Jeffery Street in the said City of Dunedin where such portion of
street abuts on Lots 30 and 31, Township of Shiel Hill,
as the said portion of street is more particularly shown on
the plan annexed hereto and is thereon coloured brown and
edged with red to its centre-line ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-
eastern side of the portion of Jeffery Street (described in the
Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from
the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated
in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as
Jeffery Street, fronting Lots 30 and 31, Township of Shiel
Hill. As the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 91782, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

The South-western and North-western Sides respectively of
Portions of Gladstone Road (Beach Road), in the Borough
of Richmond, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128
of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 22nd day
of April, 1936.
Present :
THE HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Richmond Borough Council on the fourteenth
day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-
six, viz. :
“ That the Richmond Borough Council, being the local
authority having control of the streets of the Borough of
Richmond, by resolution declares that the provisions of
section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works
Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Gladstone
Road (Beach Road) on the north-west side fronting part
Section 220 and on the south-west side fronting part
Section 220, the same being more particularly shown on
plan thereof and coloured red thereon between the points A
and B and the points C and D ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-
western or the north-western sides respectively of the portions
of Gladstone Road (Beach Road) (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-
lines of the said portions of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE south-western side of all that portion of street, situated
in the Nelson Land District, Borough of Richmond, known as
Gladstone Road (Beach Road), fronting part Section 220,
Waima East, Block VII, Waima Survey District.
Also the north-western side of all that portion of the said
street, situated in the said land district and borough, fronting
part Section 220, Waima East, Block VII, Waima Survey
District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 91241, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

as the said portion of street is more particularly shown on
the plan annexed hereto and is thereon coloured brown
and edged with red to its centre-line ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-
western side of the portion of Glen Road (described in the
Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from
the centre-line of the said portion of street.

Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-

Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution

March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz. :
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to the undermentioned portions of streets in the said
City of Dunedin, viz. —
“ (a) Portion of the south-western side of Wairoa Street
abutting on Lot 2, L.T.P. 1203, being part
Lots 39 and 40, Township of Kirkland Hill ; and
“ (b) Portion of the north-eastern side of County Road
abutting on Lots 1 and 3, L.T.P. 1203, being
part Lots 39 and 40, Township of Kirkland
Hill ;
as the said portions of streets are more particularly shown
on the plan annexed hereto and are thereon coloured brown
and edged with red to their centre-lines ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-
western side of the portion of Wairoa Street or fronting the
