ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of April, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by a poll taken on the seventeenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, the Central Waikato Electric-power Board (hereinafter called “the said local authority”), was authorized to raise a loan of fifty thousand pounds (£50,000) by a loan to be known as “Special Loan, 1936” (hereinafter called “the said loan”); And whereas by Order in Council made on the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and subject to the determinations as to borrowing and repayment therein set out, consent was given to the raising of a sum of twenty thousand pounds (£20,000) (hereinafter called “the said sum”), being portion of the said loan:
And whereas the said sum has not yet been raised, and it is expedient to vary the term for which the said sum or any part thereof may be raised:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section eleven of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, as set out in section twenty-nine of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby vary the determinations aforesaid in respect of the said sum by prescribing that in lieu of the term of twenty-five (25) years the term for which the said sum or any part thereof may be raised shall be twenty (20) years.

Prohibiting the Importation of Wool-packs and Wool-pockets.— (C. No. 151.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of April, 1936.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section forty-six of the Customs Act, 1913, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit the importation into the Dominion of New Zealand, save with the consent of the Minister of Customs, of wool-packs and wool-pockets.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do

hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Pounawea Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Pounawea Domain Board.

SECTIONS 66 and 67, Block VI, Glenomaru Survey District: Area, 3 roods 27 perches, more or less.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street in the City of Dunedin between Main North Road and Arden Street of a Width less than 66 ft. but not less than 50 ft. subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 22nd day of April, 1936.
Present:
THE HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Dunedin City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, between Main North Road and Arden Street, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 2 perches, more or less, being portion of Section 6, North-east Valley Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89934, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Portions of Roads in the County of Waikouaiti exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 22nd day of April, 1936.

THE HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waikouaiti County Council on the twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz. :—
“That the Waikouaiti County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Waikouaiti County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of roads in the said County of Waikouaiti, viz.,—
“(a) That portion of road abutting on Sections 39–45 and 50 and closed road, Lower Harbour West Survey District—the said portion of road is more particularly shown on plan annexed hereto and thereon coloured red to its centre-line ;
