Changing the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in Block XI,
Hawera Survey District, Taranaki Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 22nd day of
April, 1936.
Present:
THE HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
is portion of a reserve heretofore set apart as an
endowment for the establishment of an experimental dairy-
school for the North Island:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reserva-
tion over such land shall be changed to a reserve for an
addition to a public school site (Mokoia):
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon
him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth
hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve as an
endowment for the establishment of an experimental dairy-
school for the North Island to a reserve for an addition to a
public school site (Mokoia).

SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 4 acres, more or
less, being Subdivision 3 of Section 534, Patea District, Block
XI, Hawera Survey District: Bounded towards the north-
east by Subdivisions 1 and 2 of Section 534 aforesaid,
727-6 links; towards the south-east by Subdivision 2 of
Section 534 aforesaid, 530 links; towards the south-west by
South Road, 781-8 links; and towards the north-west by
Lots 8 and 9, D.P. 2214, and Lot 1, D.P. 2477, 532-8 links:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is
delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26/787A, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the St. Helen’s
Domain.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of
April, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains,
and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby appoint
James Collins,
Harold Houghton,
John Nicol,
David James Helms,
Maurice Victor Reeve-Smith,
Russell Strachan Arnell, and
Frederick Charles Davidson,
to be the St. Helen’s Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto, and doth hereby
appoint Saturday, the sixteenth day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-six, at half past one o’clock p.m., as
the time when, and the Aria Hall as the place where, the
first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Domain.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains,
and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint
Thomas Francis Anderson,
Henry Cotter,
John Dick,
Keith Eglinton, and
John Stewart
to be the Ngaturi Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto, and doth hereby
appoint Thursday, the seventh day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-six, at eight o’clock p.m., as the
time when, and the Schoolroom, Ngaturi, as the place
where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains,
and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-sixth day of that month, and doth hereby appoint
Ernest John Dingle,
Charles William Moje,
Edwin Ebenezer McMillan,
Donald John McLeod,
Roderick Frank McKay,
Harry Trewin, and
Angus John McKay
to be the Waipu Cove Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto: and doth
hereby appoint Wednesday, the twenty-ninth day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, at half
past ten o’clock a.m., as the time when, and McMillan’s
Hall, Waipu Cove, Waipu, as the place where, the first
meeting of the Board shall be held.
