β¨ Transport and Registrar Appointments
Reappointment of Licensing Authorities in terms of the Transport Licensing Act, 1931.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Licensing Act, 1931, I, Robert Semple, Minister of Transport, do hereby appoint the licensing authorities described in the Schedule hereto for a term commencing on the 1st day of April, 1936, and expiring on the 30th day of April, 1936, and I do hereby appoint as Chairman of the respective authority the person indicated in the Schedule as being the Chairman.

Appointment of Issuing Officer for the Purpose of Issuing Licenses to fish for Trout under the Rotorua Trout-fishing Regulations, 1929.
PURSUANT to the provisions of Regulation 5 of the Rotorua Trout-fishing Regulations, 1929, I, Joseph William Allen Heenan, Under-Secretary of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize Anderson, Alexander Cook, Okataina Fishing Lodge, Okataina, to be an issuing Officer for the purpose of issuing licenses to fish for trout under the Rotorua Trout-fishing Regulations, 1929, vice Mr. E. H. Saunders, Okataina Fishing Lodge, Okataina.

Special Order made by Dannevirke County Council merging Norsewood Town District in the County of Dannevirke.
Department of Internal Affairs,
Wellington, 20th March. 1936.
The following special order made by the Dannevirke County Council dissolving the Norsewood Town Board and merging the Town District of Norsewood in the County of Dannevirke is published in accordance with the Counties Act, 1920.
SPECIAL ORDER.
In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 31 of the Counties Act, 1920, the Dannevirke County Council, on the petition of a majority of the householders of the Norsewood Town District, resolves by way of special order that, on and after the 1st day of April, 1936, the said Town District shall be merged in the County of Dannevirke and the Board thereof abolished.
The common seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke was affixed to the above-written special order at the offices of and pursuant to a resolution of the Council in the presence of--

NOTICE is hereby given that on the 23rd day of March, 1936, there was filed in the office of the Supreme Court at Wellington an order made by the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand Law Society on the 20th day of March, 1936, ordering the name of Stephen Hugh Moynagh to be removed from the Rolls of Barristers and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand.
