Revocation of Appointment as Ranger under the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22.

In exercise of the power vested in me by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, I, William Edward Parry, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the appointment of Leslie Harold Newdick as a Ranger under the said Act for the Rotorua Acclimatization District.

STAFF.
His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve of the following appointments, promotions, transfers, resignations, and retirements of officers of the New Zealand Military Forces:
Major L. G. Goss, N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes the appointment of Assistant Adjutant and Quartermaster-General, Central Command, Wellington, dated 17th March, 1936, and is appointed Staff Officer-in-Charge No. 7 Regimental District, Napier, dated 18th March, 1936.
Captain A Bongard, M.C., N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes the appointment of Staff Officer-in-Charge (temp.) No. 7 Regimental District, Napier. Dated 17th March, 1936.
Captain V. G. Jervis, N.Z. Staff Corps, ceases to be attached to the General Staff, G.H.Q., for Examination Duties, relinquishes the appointment of Officer-in-Charge Personal Records, N.Z. Regular Forces, dated 17th March, 1936, and is appointed Assistant Adjutant and Quartermaster-General, Central Command, dated 18th March, 1936.
Captain W. G. Gentry, N.Z. Staff Corps, is appointed Staff Officer, Examinations, in addition to his present appointment of Staff Officer, Engineers, G.H.Q. Dated 18th March, 1936.
Captain S. F. Allen, N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes the appointment of Staff Officer, Engineers, dated 9th February, 1936, and is appointed Officer-in-Charge Personal Records, N.Z. Regular Forces, in addition to his present appointment of Staff Officer, Signals, G.H.Q., dated 18th March, 1936.
N.Z. STAFF CORPS.
Captain V. G. Jervis, from the Reserve of Officers, to be Captain, with seniority from 2nd December, 1922. Dated 18th March, 1936.
ROYAL N.Z. AIR FORCE.
Harry Lumsden Tancred to be Flying Officer and is posted to Wigram Aerodrome, Sockburn, Christchurch. Dated 9th March, 1936.
THE AUCKLAND REGIMENT (COUNTESS OF RANFURLY'S OWN).
Edward Frank Dodson to be 2nd Lieutenant (on probation), and is posted to the 1st Cadet Battalion. Dated 3rd March, 1936.
THE WELLINGTON REGIMENT.
Robert Charles Tuck to be 2nd Lieutenant (on probation), and is posted to the 1st Cadet Battalion. Dated 18th February, 1936.
THE WELLINGTON WEST COAST REGIMENT.
Hon. Captain (Bandmaster) J. Trussell, 1st Battalion, is posted to the Retired List with permission to retain his rank and wear the prescribed uniform. Dated 9th March, 1936.
N.Z. ARMY SERVICE CORPS.
Captain S. G. Forbes ceases to be posted to the 3rd Composite Company, and is posted to the 1st Composite Company. Dated 6th March, 1936.
N.Z. MEDICAL CORPS.
Captain G. G. Talbot, M.B., ceases to be posted to the 1st Field Ambulance. Dated 14th February, 1936.
Selwyn Grahame de Clive-Lowe, M.B., to be Lieutenant, and is posted to the 1st Field Ambulance. Dated 14th February, 1936.
N.Z. CHAPLAINS DEPARTMENT.
The Reverend M. A. Gow, Chaplain, 4th Class (Presbyterian), is transferred from R.D. 12 to R.D. 3. Dated 12th February, 1936.
The Reverend F. G. Brown, Chaplain, 4th Class (Methodist), is transferred from R.D. 2 to R.D. 10. Dated 24th February, 1936.
N.Z. VETERINARY CORPS.
Lieutenant W. M. Webster, M.R.C.V.S. (attached to Queen Alexandra's (Wellington West Coast) Mounted Rifles) to be Captain. Dated 1st September, 1935.
RESERVE OF OFFICERS.

The Reverend J. Kelly, Chaplain, 4th Class (Roman Catholic), is posted to the Retired List with permission to retain his rank and wear the prescribed uniform. Dated 29th February, 1936.
