Amending the Regulations as to Remuneration of Members of Local Railway Boards under the Local Railways Act, 1914.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of March, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Local Railways Act, 1914, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, published in Gazette No. 83 of the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, making regulations for the purposes of section thirty-four of the said Act, by deleting the symbols and figures 'Β£1 ls.' where they appear in clauses two, three, and four of the said regulations, and substituting therefor the words 'three guineas.'

Amending Schedule to Order in Council dated 13th June, 1935, relating to an Aerodrome-site.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of March, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority vested in him by the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act, 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend in the manner and to the extent set forth in the Schedule hereto the Order in Council dated the thirteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, consenting to the acquisition of an aerodrome-site by the Nelson Harbour Board, and published in the New Zealand Gazette dated the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

SCHEDULE.
FOR "92 acres, part Section 85, Suburban South, and the whole of land in Certificate of Title, Volume 60, folio 126, 71 acres 2 roods, part Section 86 Suburban South, and the whole of the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 60, folio 15, and part of the Nelson Harbour Endowment, Block III, Waimea Survey District," substitute:-

  1. All that piece or parcel of land containing 65 acres 2 roods 30 perches, more or less, being part of Section 86 Suburban South, Block III, Waimea Survey District, and being all the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 60, folio 15, Nelson Registry.
  2. Also all that piece or parcel of land containing 92 acres 0 roods 12 perches, more or less, being part of Section 85 Suburban South, Block III, Waimea Survey District, and being all the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 60, folio 126, Nelson Registry.
  3. Also all that piece or parcel of land containing 53 acres, more or less, being part of the Nelson Harbour Endowment, bounded on the westward by other part of the said endowment (1600 links), on the northward by Section 34, Block III, Waimea Survey District (Square 1) (900 links), by a public road (60 links), and part of Section 86 Suburban South,
    Block III, Waimea Survey District (4800 links), on the south-eastward by other part of said Section 86 (1740 links, 2700 links) and on the south-westward by part Section 4 Suburban South (1200 links): be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less.
  4. Also all that piece or parcel of Crown land containing 8 acres 2 roods 27 perches, more or less, being part of Section 34, Square 1, Block III, Waimea Survey District.
  5. Also all that piece or parcel of land containing 18 acres, more or less, being part of Section 34, Square 1 (Rifle Range Reserve), Block III, Waimea Survey District.
  6. Also all those pieces or parcels of land containing 6 acres 1 rood 25 perches, more or less, being portions of public roads (a) situated between Sections part 34, Square 1, and part 86 Suburban South, Block III, Waimea Survey District; and (b) situated between Section 85 Suburban South, and Sections 34, Square 1, and part 86 Suburban South, Block III aforesaid.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Block VI, Glenomaru Survey District, Otago Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of March, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for boat-landing and camping purposes:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for recreation purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for boat-landing and camping purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes.

Variation of Order in Council prohibiting Alienation of Native Land.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of March, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to section one hundred and sixty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby vary an Order in Council made on the twenty-ninth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in the Gazette on the third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at page 424, and affecting Paeroa East 3B 1 and other blocks, by excluding therefrom the land described in the Schedule hereto.
