Additional Land at Deborah taken for the Purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway to take further land at Deborah in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 1 acre 2 roods 17-95 perches.
Part Section 64, Block IV, Oamaru Survey District, Waitaki County. (S.O. 161, Rly.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 4000, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of March, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Coromandel Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

0 0 35·8 Section 15 ; coloured red.
0 0 35·0 Harataunga West No. 8A Block ; coloured purple.
3 0 11·0 Harataunga East No. 1B 1 Block ; coloured red.
3 2 30·0 Provisional State forest ; coloured red.
Situated in Block II, Coromandel Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27726.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89805, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of March, 1936.
