CHANGE OF NAME.
I, THE undersigned, hereby give public notice that by deed-poll dated the 9th day of March, 1936, and recorded in the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Dunedin on the same date, I formally assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of Henry Brash and so as to be at all times thereafter known and described by the name of Henry Brash exclusively.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between THOMAS GEORGE McKELLAR and CHARLES ORETI McKELLAR, carrying on the business of Sheep-farmers at Glenure Station, Balfour, under the firm or style of “McKellar Brothers,” has been dissolved as from the 31st day of March, 1936.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of C. G. BEER, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in its minute-book the above-named company on the 10th day of February, 1936, passed the following resolution :—
“(1) That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that the company be wound up voluntarily.
“(2) That it be a recommendation that Mr. L. A. BLACKMORE, of Invercargill, Public Accountant, be appointed liquidator.”
At a meeting of creditors held on the 20th day of February, 1936, the appointment of Mr. L. A. Blackmore as liquidator was confirmed.
Creditors are requested to forward particulars of all claims to the liquidator, Temple Chambers, Esk Street, Invercargill, on or before the 6th day of March, 1936.

MANGONUI COUNTY COUNCIL.
Mangonui Wharf Loan, 1935, £4,500.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Counties Act, 1920, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Mangonui County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £4,500 authorized to be raised by the Mangonui County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of constructing a concrete wharf and goods-shed at Mangonui on a new site adjacent to the present structure, the said Mangonui County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 11/12th of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the Mangonui and Oruru Ridings of the Mangonui County comprising the whole of the said ridings, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 26th day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years or until the loan is fully paid off.”
