Revoking Order in Council of the 30th July, 1923, vesting
Management of Howick Wharf in Howick Town Board.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day of
January, 1936.
Present:
THE HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the thirtieth day
of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three,
and published in the Gazette of the second day of the following
month, at page 2161, the management of the wharf at Howick
was vested in the Howick Town Board :
And whereas the wharf has been demolished ; and it is
desirable to revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours
Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling
him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby revoke and determine the said recited Order in Council
of the thirtieth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-three, as from the date hereof.

Revoking the Reservation over the Atuaroa Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day of
January, 1936.
Present:
THE HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS a notice of intention to issue an Order in
Council declaring that the Atuaroa Domain, described
in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to Part II of
the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928,
and shall be deemed to be Crown land available for disposal
by way of sale for cash under the Land Act, 1924, was pub-
lished in the Gazette of the fifteenth day of August, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-five :
And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid before
both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions
of subsection two of section seven of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928 :
And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of
Representatives, by resolutions dated respectively the twenty-
fourth and twenty-fifth days of October, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-five, approved the proposed revocation
as aforesaid :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the powers and authorities conferred by subsection one of
section forty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date
hereof the Atuaroa Domain, described in the Schedule hereto,
shall cease to be subject to Part II of the said Act, and shall
be Crown land available for disposal by way of sale for cash
under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—ATUAROA DOMAIN.
ALL those areas containing together by admeasurement
19 acres 0 roods 11·65 perches, more or less, being parts
Blocks I, II, III, and IV, and Blocks VII and VIII, Atuaroa
Village, and being the areas described in the Schedule to
the Warrant published in the Gazette of the 15th September,
1932, at page 1998.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 7 acres
3 roods 19·1 perches, more or less, being Section 74, Block II,
Maketu Survey District, formerly portions of Atuaroa and
Otawa Streets, and First and Second Avenues, Atuaroa
Village, closed by Gazette, 1933, page 6. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/2241B,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey,
at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. (Auckland plan
S.O. 25408.)

in Council declaring that the Huiakama Domain,
described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be
subject to Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, and shall be deemed to be
Crown land available for disposal by way of sale for
cash under the Land Act, 1924, was published in the
Gazette of the thirty-first day of January, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-five:
And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid
before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the
provisions of subsection two of section seven of the
Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:
And whereas the Legislative Council and the House
of Representatives, by resolutions dated respectively the

published in the Gazette of the fifth day of September,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five:
And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid
before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the
provisions of subsection two of section seven of the
Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act,
1928:
And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of
