Changing the Purpose of Part of a Reserve in the
Mueller Survey District, Canterbury Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th
day of January, 1936.
Present:
THE HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS a notice of intention to issue an Order
in Council declaring that the reservation over
the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be changed
from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for
aerodrome purposes was published in the Gazette of the
twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-five:
And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid
before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the
provisions of subsection two of section seven of the
Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act,
1928;
And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of
Representatives, by resolutions dated respectively the
twenty-fourth and the twenty-fifth days of October, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, approved the pro-
posed change of purpose as aforesaid:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and
exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by sub-
section one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby change the purpose of
the reservation over the land described in the Schedule
hereto from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve
for aerodrome purposes.

SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing by admeasurement 79 acres,
more or less, and being part of Reserve 2652, situated in
Blocks XIV and XVIII, Mueller Survey District, and
bounded as follows: Towards the north and east by other
part of Reserve 2652, 1121·9 links and 4474·9 links
respectively; towards the south-east by the Tasman
River; and again towards the west by other part of
Reserve 2652, 600 links and 3048·3 links, and the Pukaki-
Hermitage Road, 1000 links, 839 links, and 970·7 links.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L. and S. 6/11/70, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in the Heringa Survey
District, Marlborough Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day of
January, 1936.
Present:
THE HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby cancel the reservation for a site for a town or village
over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth
hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown,
is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing by admeasurement 86 acres 2 roods
5 perches, more or less, being Lots 1 to 7 of Section 73, Upper
Pelorus Valley District, situated in Block VIII, Heringa
Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked L. and S. 9/906, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington,
and thereon edged red.

Cancelling the Vesting of Part of a Reserve in the Panmure
Township Road Board.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day
of January, 1936.
Present:
THE HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is
part of a reserve vested in the Panmure Township
Road Board for a landing-place :
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said
land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the
Panmure Township Road Board has duly consented to such
cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the
Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928,
doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Panmure Township
Road Board of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing by admeasurement 3 perches, more
or less, being part Lot 25 of Section 3, Village of Panmure,
set aside as Landing Reserve by the New Zealand Gazette, 1891,
No. 68, page 1050: Bounded towards the north by part Lot 42
of Section 3, Village of Panmure, 85·4 links; towards the south-
east by other part Lot 25 aforesaid, 41·5 links; towards the
south-west by part Lot 23 of Section 3, Village of Panmure,
78·9 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked L. and S. 6/9/45, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and
thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan S.O. 27201.)

Park Domain.

section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains,
and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
The Hon. Sir Robert Heaton Rhodes, K.C.V.O., K.B.E.,
M.L.C.,
James Joseph Doyle,
Hugh James Macartney,
John Harry Mackenzie,
George Mangels,
Thomas Owen Morgan, and
Richard May Morten
to be the Rhodes Park Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth
hereby appoint Saturday, the eighth day of February,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, at eight
o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Tai Tapu Public
Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board
shall be held.
