IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 roods 33·8 perches.
Being portion of Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block XIX, Town of Dunkeld; coloured pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 1 rood 6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 2, 3, and 4, Block XIX, and Section 2, Block XLII, Town of Dunkeld, Section 58, Block I, Crockston Survey District, and Crown land; coloured green. (S.O. plan D 81.)
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L and S.16/2317, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2761, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of February, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the closed streets described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area adjacent to the reserve for hospital purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said reserve.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Borough of Waihi, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 0 roods 31 perches, more or less, being Section 159, Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District, and formerly being streets closed by Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette, 1935, at page 3772. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L and S. 6/8/52b, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL those areas containing by admeasurement a total area of 19 acres 0 roods 30 perches, more or less, being Sections 81, 83, 153, and 154, Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District, as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1935, at page 2950. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L and S. 6/8/52c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of February, 1936.
