apply such sum of £8,000 in payment of 8,000 shares of £1
each in the capital of a proposed company to be formed in
the interests of wheatgrowers and to be called “United
Wheatgrowers (N.Z.), Limited,” and to sanction such application and the holding of such 8,000 shares of £1 each by
nominees of The Wheatmarketing Agency Company, Limited,
in trust for wheatgrowers. The wheatgrowers entitled to a
distribution of the above-mentioned £8,000 will become in
