A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Halswell Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Heringa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 4 acres 0 roods 33.4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 21, part 2 of Section 26, and part Section 73, District of Upper Pelorus Valley.
Situated in Block VIII, Heringa Survey District.

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 90790, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 16.97 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 9A, part Section 10, and Section 11.
Situated in Block XII, Town of Waikouaiti (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 90574, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
