I, NORMAN ROBERT CLELAND, Chairman of the Whangamomona County Council, do hereby certify that pursuant to the provisions of subsection (2) of section 9 of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33, a resolution was duly passed at a special meeting of the Whangamomona County Council held on the 14th day of January, 1936, and confirmed on the 12th day of February, 1936, providing for the issue under Part II of that Act of new securities in conversion of the existing securities in respect of loans set forth in the First Schedule to the Whangamomona County Loan Conversion Order, 1935, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 95 of the 17th day of December, 1935, at page 3951.
