Provided that the price of bread in the localities mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be 10d. per 4 lb. loaf and 5d. per 2 lb. loaf when sold by way of sale by retail for cash over counter at stores or when sold by way of sale by retail for cash at bakehouse, and the price when sold by way of sale by wholesale to stores shall be 9d. per 4 lb. loaf and 4½d. per 2 lb. loaf.

4. Notwithstanding anything in this Order in Council, the Minister may by order made and published by him in such manner as he thinks fit authorize the sale of bread in any specified locality at a price exceeding or less than the standard price aforesaid by such amount as the Minister thinks fit; and nothing in this Order in Council shall apply to the sale of bread in that locality in accordance with the authority so granted by the Minister.

5. Any such authority may at any time be withdrawn by the Minister by order made and published by him in such manner as he thinks fit.

THE City of Auckland, the Boroughs of Birkenhead, Devonport, Northcote, Takapuna, New Lynn, Newmarket, Mount Albert, Mount Eden, Onehunga, One Tree Hill, and Otahuhu, the Town Districts of Ellerslie, Glen Eden, Henderson, Howick, Manurewa, Papakura, and Papatoetoe, the Road Districts of Mount Roskill and Mount Wellington, and all other places within a radius of twenty-one miles from the Auckland Central Post Office.

The City of Wellington and the Boroughs of Eastbourne, Lower Hutt, and Petone.

Miners’ Rights no longer issued at Ophir Post-office.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by the Mining Act, 1926, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the post-office at Ophir shall no longer be a post-office at which Miners’ Rights may be issued.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 28th day of January, 1936.

Vesting the Control of Scenic Reserves in the Manukau County Council.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section thirteen of the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand doth hereby vest the control of the Clevedon Scenic Reserves described in the Schedule hereto (being lands reserved under the said Act) in the Manukau County Council, subject to the conditions hereinafter contained, that is to say,—

1. The period for which the control of the reserves is hereby vested shall be five years from the date hereof, unless the reservation is previously altered or revoked under the said Act.

2. The said Council shall prepare a report each year ending on the thirty-first day of March, together with a statement of receipts and expenditure in connection with the said reserves. Such report and statement shall be sent to the Minister charged with the administration of the said Act as soon as possible after the close of the year.

3. The said Council shall control the said reserves in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the regulations made thereunder.
