The South-eastern Side of Portion of Arawa Street, and the South-western Side of Portion of Bayfield Road, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of February, 1936.
Present:
THE HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, viz.:—
"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets in the said City of Dunedin, viz.,—
"(a) Portion of the south-eastern side of Arawa Street abutting on part Section 2, Anderson's Bay Survey District; and
"(b) Portion of the south-western side of Bayfield Road abutting on part Sections 2 and 3, Anderson's Bay Survey District;
as the said portions of streets are more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto and are thereon coloured brown and edged with red to their centre-lines ";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Arawa Street or the south-western side of the portion of Bayfield Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Arawa Street, fronting part Section 2, Block III, Anderson's Bay Survey District.
Also the south-western side of all that portion of street, in the said land district and city, known as Bayfield Road, fronting part Section 2, Block III, Anderson's Bay Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91197, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

The Northern Side of Portions of High Street, in the Borough of Blenheim, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Blenheim Borough Council on the twenty-third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, in so far as it affects the portions of street described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :—
"That the Blenheim Borough Council, having control of that street known as High Street, Blenheim, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to those portions of the said street fronting parts of Sections 32 and 33, and Sections 34, 35, and 36, Town of Blenheim, and being frontages to contiguous properties owned by E. S. Parker, as shown on plan."
SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all those portions of street, in the Marlborough Land District, Borough of Blenheim, known as High Street, fronting parts Lots 32, 33, and 34, and Lots 35 and 36 of Section 1, Omaka District, Town of Blenheim. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91246, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Revoking the Reservation over a Reserve in Block VII, Akaroa Survey District, Canterbury Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of February, 1936.

THE HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation as the site for a pilot station over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
RESERVE 152, Block VII, Akaroa Survey District: Area, 11 acres 3 roods 21 perches.

Board of Trade (Bread-price) Regulations (1936) fixing the Price of Bread.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Board of Trade Act, 1919, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, make the following Board of Trade regulations for the regulation and control of bread prices.
REGULATIONS.
- These regulations may be cited as the Board of Trade (Bread-price) Regulations, 1936.
- In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,—
"Minister" means the Minister of Industries and Commerce;
"Sale by retail" means every sale, other than a sale made by wholesale, and includes a sale made to any person for any purpose other than resale;
"Sale by wholesale" means every sale made to any person for the purpose of resale. - The price of bread shall be the standard price thereof on the 8th day of February, 1936—that is to say, in respect of every locality the current price at which on that day bread of the same nature and quality was saleable in that locality when sold in the same quantity and on the same terms as to payment, delivery, and otherwise;
