A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two of the Land Laws Amendment Act,
1932, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount
Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare to be reclamation areas for the purposes of
the said section the land described in the Schedule hereto.

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of February, 1936.

Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough
of Napier described in the Schedule hereto.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Street
in the Borough of Napier.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much
of the Proclamation dated the seventeenth day of January,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, and published
in the New Zealand Gazette No. 5 of the twenty-fourth day of
the same month, at page 95, and deposited in the Land
Registry Office at Napier as No. 1534, proclaiming land as a
street in the Borough of Napier, as affects the land described
in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.
