Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of the Tokanui Mental Hospital in Block XI, Puniu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Tokanui Mental Hospital; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 4 acres 2 roods 34 perches.
Being closed road adjoining or passing through parts Tokanui 1A 2, 1A 2B, and 1B 2B Blocks (Proclamation No. 9005, New Zealand Gazette, 1935, page 3576).
Situated in Block XI, Puniu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28032.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89911, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of February, 1936.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block II, Puniu Survey District, viz., a Deviation of the No. 1 Great South Road Main Highway, Waipa County Division.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block II, Puniu Survey District—viz., a deviation of the No. 1 Great South Road Main Highway, Waipa County Division—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the No. 1 Great South Road Main Highway approximately 13 chains north of the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 25657, Block II, Puniu Survey District, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally for a distance of 60 chains, more or less, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., part Lot 8, D.P. 20887, Lot 1, D.P. 25657, part Allotment 249, Puniu Parish, Lots 3, 2, and 1, D.P. 20887, part Allotment 329, Mangapiko Parish, Lot 5, D.P. 159, and terminating at a point on the said No. 1 Great South Road Main Highway opposite Lot 13, D.P. 7708, Block II, Puniu Survey District, including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91334, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of February, 1936.
