Amending the Financial Instructions and Allowance Regulations for the New Zealand Military Forces.

AMENDMENTS No. 41.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by the Defence Act, 1909, and its amendments, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend in the manner and to the extent set forth in the Schedule hereto the Financial Instructions and Allowance Regulations for the New Zealand Military Forces, published in the New Zealand Gazette dated the sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five; and I do hereby declare that the amendments hereby made shall take effect as from the date of publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette, except where otherwise provided.

SCHEDULE.

FINANCIAL INSTRUCTIONS AND ALLOWANCE REGULATIONS FOR THE NEW ZEALAND MILITARY FORCES.

  1. Paragraph 43: Delete the rates of pay, and substitute the following in lieu thereof, with effect on and from the 1st day of August, 1935:—

  1. Paragraph 46: Delete the rates of pay, and substitute the following in lieu thereof, with effect on and from the 1st day of August, 1935, the footnotes as published in Gazette No. 90 of 6th December, 1934, remaining in force:—
