it has been ascertained that the said special rate of one penny and one hundred and fifty-five thousandths of a penny in the pound will not be sufficient to meet such principal, interest, and other charges :

Now, therefore, the North Auckland Electric-power Board, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on the Board by section 23 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, hereby resolves that the said special rate of one penny and one hundred and fifty-five thousandths of a penny in the pound shall be and is hereby amended by increasing such amount of one penny and one hundred and fifty-five thousandths of a penny in the pound to one penny and three hundred and nine one thousandths of a penny in the pound.

The common seal of the North Auckland Electric-power Board was hereunto affixed in the office of and pursuant to a resolution of the said Board in the presence of—

J. A. McLEAN, Chairman.
GEO. RHODES, Secretary.

We hereby certify that the above is a true copy of and a correct extract from the minutes of proceedings of the North Auckland Electric-power Board at the meeting held on the 21st day of October, 1935.
