NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in its minute-book the above-named company on the 7th day of October, 1935, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at 116 Victoria Street, Hamilton, on Thursday, the 17th day of October, 1935, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of THE FOURTEEN MILE BEACH GOLD-MINING COMPANY, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of shareholders of the above-named company held at the registered office, Bond Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, 8th October, 1935, the following resolution was passed:—
“That, in view of the poor prospects ahead, and the impossibility of continuing mining operations to advantage, the company proceeds to a members’ voluntary winding-up, and that WILLIAM RICHMOND BROWN, of Dunedin, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”

ROTORUA COUNTY COUNCIL.
Rotorua County Loans Conversion Order, 1935.
I HEREBY certify, pursuant to clause 4 of the above-mentioned conversion Order, that the following resolution was duly passed at a special meeting of the Rotorua County Council convened for the purpose and held on the 24th day of September, 1935, and confirmed at the ordinary meeting of the said Council held on the 9th day of October, 1935, and that public notice of the place and date of the confirming meeting and of the purport of the said resolution was given twice in the period intervening between the two meetings:—
“That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Part II of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33, the Rotorua County Loans Conversion Order, 1935, and of all other powers and authorities enabling it in this behalf, the Rotorua County Council hereby resolves to issue new securities in conversion of the debentures or other securities in respect of loans aggregating £30,300, comprised in the First Schedule of the Rotorua County Loans Conversion Order, 1935, dated the 9th day of September, 1935, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 12th day of September, 1935, page 2610, such new securities to be issued and the conversion effected in terms of the said Rotorua County Loans Conversion Order, 1935.”

Notice is hereby given to the holders of debentures or other securities issued in respect of the above-mentioned loans that the Rotorua County Council intends to convert all such debentures or other securities (except those in respect of which dissent is duly signified) into new debentures having new maturity dates and bearing interest at 4½ per cent. per annum.
The conversion will take effect from 31st October, 1935.
Application for conversion must be made in writing and be accompanied by the securities to which it relates.
Dissent from the conversion of any existing debentures or other securities may be signified by the holder by notice in writing delivered to the County Clerk, Rotorua County Council, Rotorua, on or before the 14th day of November, 1935.
If notice of dissent from the conversion of any debentures or other securities is not received by that date the securities will be converted.
