District Office, Department of Lands and Survey: thence by a line bearing 0° 12′ to a point on high-water mark on the present existing sea-wall (1934) of the Wellington–Hutt Railway; thence in a north-easterly direction generally by high-water mark along the said sea-wall of the Wellington–Hutt Railway as defined by plans numbered 223/9, 224/10, and 233/7, deposited in the Wellington District Office as aforesaid, to a point in line with the boundary-line between Sections 7 and 8 of the Harbour Registration District, the point of commencement.

Revoking the Notice prescribing the Amount of Special Orchard-tax payable in the Rangiora Commercial Fruitgrowing District.—(Notice No. Ag. 3252.)
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by subsection (3) of section 4 of the Orchard-tax Act, 1927, I, Charles Edward de la Barca Macmillan, Minister of Agriculture, do hereby revoke the notice prescribing the amount of special orchard-tax payable by the occupier of every orchard within the Rangiora Commercial Fruitgrowing District given under my hand on the 18th day of December, 1933, and published in the Gazette on the 21st day of the same month, at page 3422, and do hereby declare that such revocation shall take effect on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

THE following resolution passed by the Waikato County Council on the 15th day of January, 1935, is published in accordance with the provisions of section 7 (2) of the Noxious Weeds Amendment Act, 1934.

“THAT the Waikato County Council assume responsibility for the administration of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, within the Waikato County, from the 22nd day of January, 1935.”

ADMIRALTY REGULATIONS (ARTICLE 126).
WITH reference to clause 1 (b) of the above regulations, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 51, dated 29th July, 1926, the number of reservists who must form part of the crew in order that a ship may be eligible to fly the Blue Ensign will, for the year 1935, be seven.
