A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Awaroa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :—
A. R. P. Adjoining
2 0 38 Lot 3 of Allotment 148 and Crown land, Whangape Parish.
0 1 13 Lot 3 of Allotment 148, Whangape Parish, and Allotment 170B¹ Pepepe Parish.
Situated in Block XV, Awaroa Survey District. (S.O. plan 27528.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26/28743, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2718, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of January, 1935.

Altering Boundaries of the Waitemata Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of every other power in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Waitemata Electric-power District so as to include the areas described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
(a) The County of Rodney as at present constituted, comprising all that area in the North Auckland Land District, bounded on the east generally by the sea from Mangawhai Harbour to the Waiwera River; thence up the middle of that river to its intersection with the north-eastern boundary of Section 52, Parish of Puhoi; thence along the southern and western boundaries of Puhoi Parish to the northern boundary of Makarau Parish; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of Makarau Parish to the Rauhori Stream; thence along the Rauhori Stream and the Makarau River to the Kaipara Harbour; thence by the Kaipara Harbour and the Oruawharo and Hakaru Rivers to the southernmost corner of Section 193, Oruawharo Parish; thence along the south-eastern boundary of said Section 193 to the road forming the south-western boundary of Section 31, Oruawharo Parish; thence along that road to the road forming the south-western boundary of Sections 22 and 21, Oruawharo Parish; thence along that road and along the road forming the south-eastern and southern boundaries of Sections 18, 17, 16, 15, 12, 11, and 10 to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned section; thence along the eastern boundary of the said Section 10 to its north-eastern corner; thence south-easterly along the northern boundary of the Oruawharo Parish to the south-western corner of Section 93, Mangawhai Parish; thence along the western and northern boundaries of said Section 93 to the western boundary of Section 92; thence along the western boundaries of Sections 92, 90, 89, 88, 87, 86, and 84, Mangawhai Parish, to Mangawhai Harbour; thence by Mangawhai Harbour to the place of commencement.
(b) The Town District of Warkworth as at present constituted, comprising all that area in the North Auckland Land District, bounded towards the north-west by the north-western boundaries of Sections 48, 49, 50, and 51, Mahurangi Parish, from the northernmost corner of Section 48 to the westernmost corner of Section 51; thence towards the south-west by Section 52 to the Mahurangi River; thence across that river and by Sections 63 and 64; thence towards the south-east by parts of Sections 65, 66, and 71 to the Mahurangi River; thence towards the north-east generally by the Mahurangi River to the head of navigation at the falls; thence across that river and along its northern bank to the south-western corner of Section 47, Mahurangi Parish; and thence by that section to the place of commencement.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 88706, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of January, 1935.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Mangakahia Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 9 acres 1 rood 19 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 22 and 23 (D.P. 12413), and Section 11, being portions of Te Karaka Block; coloured green.
All situated in Block IX, Mangakahia Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26569.)
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 88821, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
