NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section will be offered for sale by public auction for cash at the District Lands and Survey Office, State Fire Insurance Building, Wellington, on Thursday, 26th February, 1935, at 2.30 o’clock p.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—SUBURBAN LAND.—TOWN OF RANGATAUA.
SECTION 6, Block IV: Area, 1 rood. Upset price, £3. Improvements included in upset price consist of felling, grassing, and fencing.
The section is situated in Rangataua Township fronting Nei Street, a quarter of a mile from school, post-office, and railway-station. The soil is brown loam resting on volcanic agglomerate formation.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section will be offered for sale by public auction for cash at the Lands Office, Waimate, on Thursday, 7th March, 1935, at 12 noon, under the provisions of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.
SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.—WAIMATE BOROUGH.—WAIMATE SURVEY DISTRICT.—GORGE ROAD SETTLEMENT.—FIRST-CLASS LAND.
SECTION 9, Block XIV: Area, 1 rood 10·6 perches. Upset price, £30.
The section is situated on Massey Street, within Waimate Borough, distant half a mile from Waimate Post-office, Railway-station, and School; access is by good metalled and formed road. No water-supply, but can be connected with borough high-pressure supply. Area flat; soil good medium loam resting on clay formation. Fenced at front, back, and one side—the value of this fencing is included in the upset price. Land suitable for building-site or small-fruit growing.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of memorandum of lease No. 1652 of Lot 4 of Section 121, Town of Westport, being part of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 43, folio 192 (Nelson Registry), whereof REUMANUS KAROOZ, of Westport, Hawker (more correctly known as ROMANUS KEIROOZ), is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional memorandum of lease, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such provisional memorandum of lease accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
