THE DOMINION LAUNDRY COMPANY, LIMITED.

IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held on the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, the following special resolution was duly passed :—

“ That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

Dated this 11th day of June, 1935.

LEVELS COUNTY COUNCIL.

THE Levels County Council hereby confirms the following resolution passed at a special meeting of the said Council held on 1st May, 1935 :—

“ That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 23 of the Finance Act (No. 3), 1934, the Levels County Council resolves and decides by way of special order, with the consent of the Audit Department, that the interest and principal charges in respect to the loan of £10,000 raised under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1912, for road purposes in the Otipua, Point, and Claremont Ridings of the County, at present secured by a special rate over the above three ridings, now be paid out of the General Funds of the County.”

The common seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Levels was hereunto affixed at a meeting of the Council of the said County of Levels on the 29th day of May, 1935, by Tertius Bruce Garrick, Chairman of the said meeting, pursuant to a resolution of the said Council in the presence of—
