(3) That I have obtained all the information and explanations I have required. (4) That the manager has certified that all the requirements of the Savings-banks Act, 1908, and amendments, have been complied with.

In the matter of Part IV of the Administration Act, 1908, and in the matter of the Estate of BRIAN CUTHBERT LYSAGHT, late of Mokoia, Farmer (deceased).

WE hereby give notice that by an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth dated the 22nd day of May, 1935, the above estate was ordered to be administered by us under the provisions of the above Act, and we hereby call a meeting of creditors to be held at the office of Messrs. Horner and Burns, 12 Regent Street, Hawera, on Saturday, the 15th day of June, 1935, at 10 a.m.

All claims against the above estate must be lodged with us at the office of Messrs. Horner and Burns on or before the 22nd day of July, 1935.

NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of Kopaki Rimu, Limited, will be held pursuant to section 234 of the Companies Act, 1933, at the office of Mr. H. T. Morton, Solicitor, Te Kuiti, on Tuesday, the 18th day of June, 1935, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, at which meeting a full statement of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 235 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company, and in pursuance of section 236 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.
