A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Aongatete Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the road closed: 4 acres 0 roods 15 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 68 and 68A, Te Mania Parish.

Situated in Block II, Aongatete Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27832.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89422, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of May, 1935.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public domain described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public domain set apart: 62 acres 2 roods.
Being part Allotment 162, Takapuna Parish (being part Kauri Point Domain, Gazette, 1916, page 1832).

Situated in Block XI, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (Borough of Birkenhead). (S.O. 28031.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89542, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day of May, 1935.

Present:

THE HONOURABLE E. A. RANSOM PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, and published in the Gazette of the fourth day of that month, the control of the land described in the Schedule to that document, being a reserve for the protection of gannets, was vested in certain persons therein named, who were by the said Order in Council constituted a special Board, by the name of the Cape Kidnapper Bird Sanctuary Board, in pursuance of section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:

And whereas it is desirable that James Allan Berry, of Napier, should be appointed as an additional member of the said Board :
