Signals discontinued.
Previous notice: No. 32 of 1931.
Position: (1) Lat. 36° 28′·6 S., long. 174° 47′·5 E., near south-western end of Motutara Island.
(2) Lat. 36° 28′·9 S., long. 174° 44′·9 E., about 1¼ miles northward of Sadler Point.
Details: The signals, consisting of shapes and lights mentioned in the above notice for the working of a quarry on Motutara Island, have been discontinued.

South Mole Groyne partly demolished.
Position: Lat. 39° 57′ S., long. 175° 00′ E.
Details: The South Mole groyne has, with the exception of about 80 ft. at its inner end, been demolished. The fixed white light exhibited from the outer end has been discontinued.
