Companies (Special Liquidations) Act, 1934–35.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors, including debenture-holders, having claims against any of the companies set out in the Schedule below are required to lodge such claims, on the prescribed form, with the Public Trustee, Wellington, the liquidator of the said companies, on or before the 20th June, 1935.

Proof-of-debt forms may be obtained from the local branch of the Public Trust Office.

The affidavit proving the debt must state whether the creditor is or is not a secured creditor. Secured creditors, with the exception of debenture-holders, are required to give particulars of the security, the date when it was given, and the value at which it is now estimated by the creditor.
