THE Deputy Public Service Commissioner has appointed the persons for the time being holding the positions of Clerks of the Magistrates' Court at each of the places set out in the Schedule hereunder to be Registrars of the Court of Review under the Rural Mortgagors Final Adjustment Act, 1934-35, at each such place respectively, and has appointed the persons for the time being holding the positions of Deputy Clerks of the Magistrates' Court at each such place to be Deputy Registrars of the Court of Review at each such place respectively, as from the 1st day of May, 1935.

to be Registrar of Births and Deaths of Maoris at Te Awamutu, as from the 15th day of April, 1935.
Arthur Evans Broad,
to be Registrar of Births and Deaths of Maoris at Taupo, as from the 17th day of April, 1935.

Classification of Road in Murchison County.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby approve of the Murchison County Council's proposed classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto and situated in Murchison County.
SCHEDULE.
MURCHISON COUNTY.
Road classified in Class Four: Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle) which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 4½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 6½ tons:
Howard Road from its junction with Renwicktown-Hope Junction Main Highway No. 249 to the northern boundary of Section 3, Block XIV, Howard Survey District, a distance of approximately 5¼ miles.

Classification of Streets in Riverton Borough.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, James Alexander Young, Acting Minister of Transport, do hereby approve of the Riverton Borough Council's proposed classification of the streets described in the Schedule hereto and situated in Riverton Borough.
SCHEDULE.
RIVERTON BOROUGH.
Streets classified in Class Three: Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle) which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 6½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 10 tons:
Invercargill-Tuatapere Main Highway No. 147 (all that portion within Riverton Borough).
Riverton-Rocks Main Highway No. 293 (all that portion within Riverton Borough).
