GALWAY, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and fifty-nine of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby temporarily reserve the lands in the North Auckland, Auckland, Gisborne, Taranaki, Wellington, Marlborough, Canterbury, and Otago Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written for the purposes specified in the said Schedule.

a Barrister of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, to be a Stipendiary Magistrate, to exercise criminal and civil jurisdiction within New Zealand; the appointment to take effect on and from the 1st day of May, 1935.
